In an effort to provide consistent and organized training, all sales are final 48 hours before the class that students register for so we can close the roster. Any cancellations that are not within the 48 hours before their class, a full refund minus 15% will be processed when requested in writing via email to email@example.com.
Due to the nature of this industry, we do not issue refunds. We will review exceptions and extenuating circumstances on request.
Training Professionals reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified. When a class is rescheduled, we will do everything possible to get you into the next available class.
